Someone is harassing me through a challenge.
Tap Report on the consent screen before you accept the trap. A moderator takes a look and, if warranted, the sender loses access. You can also block a sender by deleting their incoming line in your inbox. If it's urgent, email [email protected] with the sender's handle and we'll escalate.
I want a refund on Goblix+.
App Store purchases are processed by Apple. Silver Bison can't issue refunds directly. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple denies it and you think something went specifically wrong on our end, forward us the denial and we'll look at it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Goblix+ and tap Cancel Subscription. It stays active through the end of your current billing period.
I deleted the app. Did I lose my Goblix?
Not if you're signed in. Your collection lives in your account. Reinstall, open the app, and your vault reloads. If you've signed out or lost the device and didn't link an account recovery method, we may not be able to recover your collection — we don't hold a backdoor to anonymous accounts.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your account data is removed within 30 days. Or email [email protected].
My handle was taken. Can I have it?
Handles are first-come first-served. If a handle is being used to impersonate you specifically, or to harass you, email [email protected] with evidence and we'll review it.
I think I found a bug.
